Harties Dam Booze Cruise Options

  • Jack Sparrow’s Bootie: 2 hour cruise Savoury snack trays Cash bar with a maximum of 25 people.
    Small boat – (minimum of 20 people required to book).
  • Blackbeards Treasure: 3 hour cruise 3 course Spit Braai meal Cash bar with a maximum 200 people.
    Big boat – (minimum of 20 people required to book).

Meal Menu:
* Starter:
Marinated chicken
* Main:
Beef on spit with a secret braai sauce, 3 bean salad, noodle salad and Greek salad, baked baby potatoes & onions
* Desert:
Malva pudding with custard (or similar)

If you’d prefer the DIY route, we can offer you a self-catering package per hour on the small boat or you can request a quote on the big boat (up to 40 people), where you can bring your own food and drink onboard (minimum of 2 hours)- you would need to supply all your own cutlery, crockery, glasses etc***

Note: Our party boats are well equipped with sound systems and your own cd’s are welcome.

Vaal Booze Cruise ( Bachelorette’s Only)

Climb aboard an upmarket, classic Cruiser (complete with sunloungers and jacuzzi) on the Vaal and enjoy an elegant Bachelorette party with a difference! This one is an absolute winner for the hard to please Bride! She will be delighted at the luxury, attention to detail and sheer extravagance of the experience!

You are welcomed aboard with a glass of punch or jellybean shooter, followed by some delicious snack platters. They make sure that the 2 hour cruise is extra special by including personalized menus and welcome signs, as well as your choice of the available colour schemes and centrepieces!

Cost:
(minimum of 15 ladies required) – we can also quote on bumping up to a full meal instead of snacks if required (or extra hours if required).

Buffet
1 main, 1 starch, 1 vegetable, 1 dessert (you can swap desert with a starter)

Starters – Mashroom Royal, Peri Peri Chicken Livers, Prawn and shrimp cocktail and petite Pizza

Mains – Roast Beef with Yorkshire pudding, Chicken A la King, Roast pork with Apple Sauce, Crumbed Hake, Roast lamb with mint sauce.

Vegetables – Butternut, Beans with Potatoes, Sweet Carrots, Creamy Spinach.

Starch – Mash Potato, Pap with Tomato Sauce, Cheese and Garlic Roll, Corn on a cob

Dessert – Pudding with hot Custard, Baked Cheese Cake, Lemon Meringue, Ice cream with chocolate Sause

Braai Option
1 meat, 1 starch, 1 vegatable, 1 salad, 1 desert, includes a bread table (you can swap desert with a starter)

Meats – Rump Steak, Grilled Chicken, Ribs, Pork Chops

Salads – Greek Salad, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, 3 Bean Salad

The rest is the same as the buffet option.
